Did you know that Muhammad led a fourteen-year slave revolt in Mesopotamia?
Muhammad led the Zanj people who were enslaved by Jews, Christians, and Muslims in a revolt for not only freedom but status. Sadly, the status they sought would put others in the place they fought to come from. It is estimated that over two million people lost their lives during the fourteen-year revolt that finally ended when Muhammad was beheaded. Other leaders of the group were crucified.
