We know this to be true, but we often still do not take heed of the knowledge that we behold. We must be in a good state in order to help others get to a good state. You cannot give a dollar if you do not have a dollar. Same thing, just a different way of looking at it.

Take some time for self and get right with you and the rest will fall into place.
